RONALD A. MARGOLIS

joined Becker & Mishkind Co., L.P.A. in February of 2008. He previously was a principle with the law firm of Finelli & Margolis Co., which limited its practice to the representation of plaintiffs in medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. Ron is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and has been a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars. During Ron's 27-year career, he has tried an excess of 60 complex civil cases to verdict, the majority being medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. Ron also has been involved in class action consumer fraud litigation resulting in some of the largest settlements and verdicts in the State of Ohio . Ron has received professional acknowledgments for results he has obtained in the courtroom on behalf of his clients, and enjoys a statewide trial practice. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Association for Justice, formally the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Ron is married with two children, a daughter who is 25 years old and is a prosecutor in Lake County and his son is entering the ninth grade. His wife, Lisa, is actively involved in administrative fundraising for several local charities.
