John joined Becker & Mishkind Co., L.P.A. in February of 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bulloch practiced law with Moscarino & Treu LLP for five years. Previously, he worked as an associate with the Cleveland Office of Arter & Hadden and as in-house counsel for the Cleveland Clinic Health System. His prior experience in health care law involved medical malpractice defense, risk management, risk financing, and the defense of doctors, nurses and pharmacists before administrative agencies and boards. John's prior experience in healthcare law will now be applied to the exclusive representation of victims of medical negligence and their families. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1991, John is also a Registered Pharmacist. This background will uniquely qualify him to assist the attorneys and medical team in providing comprehensive representation of patients in all aspects of medical negligence claims. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and a Life Member of the Eighth District Judicial Conference. A life-long resident of Lorain County, John received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Toledo. He graduated magna cum laude from The Case Western Reserve College of Law in 1991, where he also served on the law review and was a member of The Order of the Coif.
